| The Vertical Vent Check Valve is used to protect tanks and bulkheads from vacuum pressure build-up during loading and unloading of liquid and dry cargo.
It is designed to eliminate the need for a "goose neck" on deck for each valve.
The component design permits easy disassembly, to allow cleaning of the venting chamber. All steel and iron castings are hot dipped galvanized. All aluminum castings are anodized.
