2050 Intake Odor Control Sewer Valve
The 2050 Intake valve allows for up to 400 CFM of fresh air to intake directly into the lines without any restrictions from the unit’s media bed.   This assures continued airflow during pumping sequences needed with air release valves, and also with a vacuum sewer system where outside fresh air is required for system operation.

The 2050-I is constructed from aluminum, and is epoxy coated grass green.  It has 4 louvered vents to allow for maximum air flow of deodorized air.  H2S gas is directed thru a canister containing 30 lbs. of odor controlling media. Both the canister and the media are landfill disposable. The media is an engineered product, designed to chemically change the H2S gas to a non-toxic compound.  Blue indicator pellets will turn white when the media is spent. A complimentary lab analysis of the media is available after a period of 8-12 months out in the field.  Feedback from lab testing will greatly assist in determining the proper PM maintenance program for each vent site.

H2S gas exits thru media canister and turns into deodorized air. Air admittance valves prevent H2S from exiting the intake chamber. fresh air enters thru air admittance valves into the lines without any restrictions from the unit’s media bed.
