My meter powers on, but it does not perform the 3 tests ( Snap Acceleration Test ).

You are in the “Follow Mode”. When you turn your meter on hit the “ZERO” button and it will toggle from “Follow Mode” to “Test Series”. You may now perform your Snap Acceleration Tests. You can only change the mode in the period before the unit calibrates. If you see “Calibration Complete”, turn the meter off and repeat the process.
