I have just reloaded my 7500 software, and I am not able to calibrate the system.

I am also noticing that I have all zeros where I should have number relating to weather conditions.

Reloading the software resets the comport setting to default Com. 1.

Please go to your system configuration and change the comport from comport 1 to comport 4.
