I’ve been updating my vanity area little by little and recently started thinking about replacing my chair. Right now I’m using a basic desk chair and it works fine, but it feels bulky and kind of ruins the whole look of the space. I started checking out smaller vanity stools like the ones here
and now I’m wondering if they’re actually comfortable for everyday use or mostly picked for style. I usually spend around 30–40 minutes getting ready in the mornings, so comfort matters, but I also want the setup to feel cleaner and less crowded. Has anyone switched from a normal chair to a vanity stool and liked it more?

I don’t have a glam room myself, but I’ve noticed a lot of people are moving toward more compact furniture lately, especially in apartments or smaller bedrooms. Vanity stools kind of make sense from that perspective since they don’t visually crowd the room the same way larger chairs do. It’s interesting how small furniture changes can completely shift the atmosphere of a space, even if nothing else changes around it.
