Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to figure something out and wanted to ask here because I feel like I might be missing something obvious. A few weeks ago I joined a small project where we had to quickly set up a cloud phone system, and we went with Aircall since it looked easy and stable for remote work. Everything was fine at first, but once we added more teammates the cost started to feel a bit heavier than expected. I started wondering if people usually just pay full price or if there are actually legit ways to reduce it. While searching around I even stumbled on this page about a discount option Aircall but I’m not sure how common it is for teams to use stuff like that. Has anyone here dealt with Aircall pricing long-term and found a smart way to manage it?
